I’m Sydney, and I am here to help you create a safe, comfortable, and fun space to help explore your thoughts, work through challenges/difficult emotions, and embrace your mental well-being without judgment or pressure. Within our sessions, you can expect the opportunity to engage in creative activities, as well as have open discussion when it comes to finding/exploring resolutions to any challenge/difficulty faced. I hope to support you in feeling heard and understood during our time together. We will work together and use practical tools or strategies which fit your lifestyle.

Because of this, I aim to implement a variety of techniques and interventions which will help to support whatever comes your way. Utilizing my educational background, and other valuable resources, I aim to collaborate and create a completely unique treatment plan with you. I predominantly use a trauma-informed approach and incorporate CBT, MI, TF-CBT, and person-centered therapy interventions.
